from this video today i believe that you could be a better dog trainer than most dog professional dog trainers [Music] what is the difference between me and you guys when it comes to dogs there is one thing that i'm going to teach you today that you can do that i do and you can do it today and it's huge it's giant there's a couple things that cannot change you are not going to have the numbers of dogs that i've had over the years that just can't change seeing certain situations you just can't have that that's going to take time there are some other things that the the experience with exotics and the schooling you're not going to have that but there is a big one that i'm going to tell you right now that you can have today that is giant i've never seen a video on it it is the difference between good dog trainers and owners there's actually a difference between good dog trainers and dog trainers from this video today i believe that you could be a better dog trainer than most dog professional dog trainers and this is how how to get rid of behaviors right this isn't sits and downs watch youtube watch all these videos on sits and downs it's easy it's basic positive reinforcement it's shaping it's easy but here's one of the keys okay to life and being a good dog trainer and cesar milan did it really well they did it differently than me but it's in the same ballpark and i'm going to explain it right now all right so here it is guys and you can start this right away oh this is dante and layla by the way are they good boys what's your good boys ready okay it's very simple it is a unique sound followed by a unique touch i'm going to repeat that oh my goodness a unique sound followed by a unique touch sounds simple right yeah but nobody does it so start doing it when an animal does something wrong you're gonna make unique sound i either say hey or clap it's poppy and then you're gonna touch them differently so dante the touch differently that i generally do is to the back of the neck you can feel their jaw bone right about here and you can touch them right here or the unique touches with your hand at the flank those are in my opinion the two most unique and stimulating touches you can do if you want to move a dog it's right at the jawbone right here and with your straight hand you move them he's being such a good boy you move them like this and you push their body away and you move them like this and you push their body away okay unique sound followed by a unique touch it's giant the dog first goes they do something wrong they go ah i've never heard that before and then dude approaches touches them uniquely those two things combined make you be different to the dog i was at a party with friends like a few weeks ago they brought their unneutered uh a newfie poodle there's a one word for it i forget what it is uh brought their dog he's an awesome dog the guy's a good friend of mine but the dog there was a low out outside table and the dog was just kind of going up on the table not knocking over stuff and it wasn't a big table it was like a low outdoor table and they're like joel what do you do about this right everyone knows what i do joel what do you do about this so i was like dog goes over the table and then he comes by me and then the minute he went started to put his paw up on the table i went hey and then i touched him like this his head was facing this way and i moved him this way just like that the dog then literally and everyone saw the dog just looked at me and just went like and just walked away he had never been talked to or touched like that you have to do things differently okay you have to start touching shocking your dog out of it and then touching them differently or nothing's new nothing's different it's the same old stuff it's the same old voice it's the same old noise followed by the same old touch it's similar to like our inability society's inability to kind of homeschool their kids in a way like it's hard to change routines and strategies okay but you kind of got to try to be a new person at times new people talk differently new people touch differently okay so it is it is giant you're not going to be able to work with the dog numbers dog trainers work with but you can do things like a dog trainer okay sis milan used to do it with his and then like he'd i think he did like a butt flip or something sometimes it was just a different touch he'd like take his leg and kind of hit the dog and that's people like he used to kick duck we used to do this little leg thing but unique sound unique touch all right that's one way after an incorrect behavior okay alright guys that's the video if you like the video hit that like button ...
